Kids of Ambition (or as I like to call it KOA) is dedicated to nurturing the inherent potential of every child through positive psychology coaching. I believe that every child possesses unique talents and abilities waiting to be discovered and developed. My approach is rooted in the principles of positive psychology, focusing on strengths, resilience, and fostering a growth mindset in children from diverse backgrounds.

Julie's Journey and Vision

Hi there! I’m Julie, the founder of Kids of Ambition. As a shy and introspective child with a boundless imagination, I’ve always believed in the power of dreaming big. After earning my BA in Psychology with honors from the University of Groningen, I pursued further studies in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching at the University of East London. My journey has been shaped by a deep-seated passion for working with children, honed through roles as a nanny and various engagements with children aged 3 to 19.

Global Perspective & Local Commitment

Being raised as both German and American, and having lived across a variety of different countries, I bring a diverse cultural perspective to my coaching practice. Now based in the Ramstein/Kaiserslautern area, my mission is to empower local children to thrive through personalized coaching at Kids of Ambition. Together, we create a nurturing environment where children explore their passions, develop resilience, and embrace lifelong learning.
